Each of our signature cookies weighs approximately 6 ounces and measures about 4 inches in diameter. They are thick, soft-baked, and designed to be shared—or enjoyed solo if you're feeling ambitious!
How long will my cookies stay fresh?
Our cookies are baked fresh daily without preservatives. They stay delicious for up to 5 days in an airtight container at room temperature, or up to 3 months if stored in the freezer.
Do you offer nationwide shipping?
Yes! We ship our giant cookies across the country. Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days and shipped via priority mail to ensure they arrive fresh at your doorstep.
Do you have options for people with allergies?
While we offer some gluten-free and nut-free flavors, all of our cookies are prepared in a kitchen that handles wheat, soy, eggs, dairy, peanuts, and tree nuts. Please check individual product descriptions for full ingredient lists.
What is the best way to reheat my cookies?
For that 'straight from the oven' experience, we recommend heating your cookie in the microwave for 10-15 seconds or in a 350°F oven for 2-3 minutes until the chocolate chips are melty.
What is your return policy for food items?
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns. However, if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with a photo, and we will make it right.
